A leading social service organization in Minnesota seeks a dedicated Sr Youth Worker to support homeless and at-risk youth aged 16-24. The role involves building relationships, addressing immediate needs, and providing a safe environment. Candidates should have experience with youth and knowledge of trauma-informed care, along with a willingness to work on weekends/overnights. A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work is preferred, but experience may substitute.
A $500 hiring bonus is offered for this position.
