ATTIC stands for "Alternatives to Traditional Incarceration of Citizens." We are a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to developing interventions that enable individuals to avoid unnecessary levels of incarceration, enhance community safety and provide a setting that facilitates treatment and the reduction of recidivism. We operate residential and other correctional programs throughout Wisconsin that provide case management, counseling and treatment groups, vocational training and high-risk client monitoring and supervision.
POSITION SUMMARY The Site Coordinator is a mission-critical, field-based role within ATTIC Correctional Services’ Twin Cities Transitional Living Program. You will carry a caseload of 14–17 adults reintegrating from incarceration across five community housing locations in the St. Paul/Minneapolis metro, providing the structure, oversight, and hands-on support that help people build stable, productive lives after prison. This position blends compliance monitoring, property oversight, and direct client engagement—roughly split 50% site/property management and 40% case support.
Work hours are flexible and scheduled on a rotating basis, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to ensure consistent resident supervision and program integrity.

As a Site Coordinator, your daily work directly reduces recidivism, strengthens public safety, and changes the trajectory of people’s lives.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Site Monitoring & Compliance Conduct daily compliance checks across all five residential locations
Perform resident urinalysis (UA) and breathalyzer (BA) testing per program protocol
Document and report client progress against individual case plans in a timely, accurate manner
Prepare and maintain incident reports, activity logs, and all required case records
Client Support & Case Management Facilitate resident intake and discharge processes
Conduct regular one-on-one client meetings to assess needs, monitor progress, and address barriers
Coach residents in independent living skills including budgeting, housekeeping, employment readiness, and community engagement
Connect clients with community resources and DOC supervision requirements
Property & Facility Management Complete daily property checklists and routine maintenance walkthroughs at all five sites
Manage household supply inventory and coordinate restocking as needed
Clean and prepare vacant rooms and units for incoming residents
Identify and report maintenance issues, coordinating with leadership for resolution
Education & Experience Associate’s degree in Criminal Justice, Human Services, Social Work, or a related field preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience or coursework in corrections, community-based residential facilities, criminal justice, behavioral/mental health, or a closely related field3+ years working directly with correctional populations from diverse backgrounds preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Attributes Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build rapport with a diverse client population while maintaining professional boundaries
Solid written and verbal communication skills; ability to complete accurate documentation under time pressure
Sound judgment and independent decision-making in fast-paced, unpredictable environments
Culturally competent and trauma-informed approach to client interactions
High degree of personal integrity and commitment to confidentiality
Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, proof of insurance, and clean driving record
