Step into an impactful role as a Long‑Term Substitute Speech Language Pathologist serving school‑aged students in a dynamic educational setting near Saint Paul, MN. This full‑time contract opportunity spans two key assignment periods: late May to early June 2026 and September through December 1, 2026. With a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, you’ll support a caseload of approximately 25 speech‑only students, totaling about 45 on your service load.
As part of your responsibilities, you’ll deliver high‑quality school‑based speech services including evaluations, direct therapy, IEP participation, compliance documentation, and efficient scheduling. You’ll collaborate closely with educators and families, ensuring each student receives personalized support, while stepping into pre‑existing caseloads with minimal ramp‑up.

Qualifications andPreferred Experience:
- Active Minnesota Speech Language Pathologist license required
- CCC‑SLP certification preferred
- Strongly prefer prior school‑based SLP experience
- Comfortable with IEP management, compliance, and documentation
- Skilled in therapy scheduling and efficiently providing direct/indirect services
- Experience working with elementary or secondary student populations
- Familiarity with Minnesota school policies and speech compliance processes
- Ability to quickly adapt and provide continuity of care across multiple assignment windows
