Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct neuropsychological assessments for patients across the adult lifespan.
  • Evaluate and support patients with conditions, including, but not limited to:
    • Neurodegenerative diseases
    • Traumatic brain injury (TBI)
    • Stroke
    • Tumor
    • Systemic medical conditions and organ transplant
    • Neurodevelopmental disorders
    • Neuropsychiatric disorders
  • Interpret assessment findings and provide clear, clinically meaningful recommendations.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support comprehensive treatment planning.
  • Partner with PT, OT, SLP and other colleagues to guide patient care within a rehabilitation-focused environment.
  • Contribute to a team-centered approach that emphasizes high-quality, coordinated care.
Required Qualifications
  • Doctoral degree from an APA- or CPA-accredited psychology program.
  • Internship with experience in neuropsychology.
  • Postdoctoral fellowship with specialization in neuropsychology.
Licenses and Certifications
  • Licensed Psychologist - MN Board of Psychology (required).
  • ACLS-BLS Tier 3 – Multisource required within 180 days.
  • Board Certified in Clinical Neuropsychology or Pediatric Neuropsychology, OR ABPP board eligible with certification attainable within five years of hire.
Physical Demands
  • Semisedentary: occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs.; negligible weight frequently.
Collaboration Opportunities
  • Monthly case consultations with the broader neuropsychology and rehabilitation psychology team.
  • Monthly continuing education through the mental health service line.
  • Strong sense of connection to both the site-specific team and the broader psychology/mental health community.
Schedule & Work Structure
  • 40 hours/week (Monday–Friday).
  • Flexibility between day and evening hours.
  • Primarily on-site; potential for approximately one remote day per week.
  • No call requirement.
Pay Range

$141,750 to $147,000 per year (full-time FTE).
