The Sr. Program Manager of Street Works Collaborative Outreach will provide leadership and oversight of Outreach Program staff and services by translating the collaborative's shared goals, standards, and expectations into effective day-to-day outreach operations, while ensuring managers and outreach workers across member and partner agencies have the clarity, coordination, tools, and support needed to deliver high-quality, consistent, and sustainable outreach services to youth in the Twin Cities.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human services OR equivalent experience serving youth at-risk-of, or experiencing, homelessness and exploitation.
- Superior computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and ability to learn additional computer skills/programs as necessary.
- Ability to work and communicate directly with staff and/or community stakeholders who hold various levels of responsibility and power.
- Ability to work very well independently, with excellent skills in teamwork and collaboration.
- Desire to work with people of various identities, including, but not limited to diversity of age, race, nationality, culture, citizenship status, language, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, disability, neurodiversity, religious or spiritual belief, lived experience, and intersections of all these identities.
- Sound judgment and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with community partners.
- Ability to interpret, analyze and implement policies and guidelines.
- Experience working in or supervising youth outreach is preferred.
- Ability to pass background check and motor vehicle record check.
- A driver's license and current insurance is required.
