Bright Path is opening a new short-term crisis stabilization home in the Twin Cities metro. You will run the program, train the founding team, and handle the first referrals as Bright Path stands up the site ahead of its September 2026 opening.
You will oversee intake decisions, behavior programming, crisis response, and transition planning while ensuring compliance with 245D and Positive Support Rule, building strong partnerships with MCCP and county stakeholders.
