Canopy Roots in Minnesota seeks a Metro Transit Support Team Advocate to provide short-term follow-up and light case management for riders engaged by the Community Response Team. You’ll connect people to housing, behavioral health, and services, bridging transit interventions and long-term care.
You will work 40 hours weekly, Mon-Fri 10:30 AM–6:30 PM, in the Twin Cities area, primarily St. Paul, with a starting wage of $25–$30 per hour and eligibility for a comprehensive benefits package.
