Residential Advisor/ILA- Evening Shift
- Female Dorm
Regular/Hourly/Non-Exempt Service HHJC - Independent Living, Saint Paul, MN, US 1 Attachments
MAIN DUTIES:- Foster effective group living relations and promote a positive atmosphere
- Assure accountability of students, maintain records and report incidents
- Direct and assist with activities and engage with students
- Perform room inspections and assist with cleaning and sanitizing
- Serve as a role model; mentor and monitor students
Full-time working from 3:00 pm to midnight on Thursday through Monday
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:High school diploma or GED; valid Minnesota driver's license with acceptable driving record; and ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, reach and climb stairs; residential experience in a dormitory or group home preferred
PAY AND BENEFITS:$23.50 per hour plus 12 paid holidays; paid vacation and sick time; 401(k) with match; and medical, dental and vision insurance
