Radias Health is hiring two Housing Case Managers to support individuals with disabilities experiencing homelessness in Minnesota. Roles include helping clients obtain housing, budgeting and utilizing Housing Support funds, and coordinating with county and community resources.
Positions require transport to client homes and communities, a relevant degree or hours of supervised experience, and eligibility to work in the U.S. The work is hybrid with office and community-based responsibilities.
