Face to Face Health and Counseling is seeking a Case Manager to build trusting relationships with youth experiencing homelessness, providing supportive services at Safe Zone and coordinating housing, education, and employment goals.
The role involves facilitating programs, conducting assessments, and maintaining partnerships with community youth-serving agencies; 37.5 hours per week onsite at the shelter with some remote hours possible.
