180 Degrees is seeking a Youth Advocate for Brittany’s Place Youth Shelter in Saint Paul. The role provides a stable, compassionate presence for youth aged 12–19 facing homelessness, helping with daily living, health needs, and trauma-informed support across overnight shifts.
You will build rapport, de-escalate crises, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure consistent care and safety for every young person served.
