Qualifications:- Master’s or specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Current and valid license as a school psychologist in Minnesota
- Knowledge of assessment tools, interventions, and evidence-based practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience developing and implementing individualized education and behavioral plans
- Familiarity with special education law and process
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and diagnostic assessments for students
- Interpret assessment results and provide clear recommendations for educational planning
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams to support interventions and student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to the eligibility process
- Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and consultation services to students, families, and staff
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all ethical and legal requirements
- Support positive school climates through training, prevention programs, and responsive services
