Family Coach

Hired is seeking a Family Coach who will develop trusting relationships with families through individualized coaching, family education, group connections, and referrals to community resources. Family Coaches provide child development and family education using Parents as Teachers' (PAT) evidence-based curriculum and culturally responsive practices, with a focus on supporting positive child and family outcomes. Through regular home visits, Family Coaches facilitate developmentally appropriate parent-child activities, conduct screenings and make objective observations of children and caregivers to identify strengths, support growth, and empower caregivers in their parenting role.

This position is mostly in person with some opportunities for hybrid work and requires travel to meet with families in their home or community.
