Agency: MN State Retirement System
- Support MSRS’s custom developed applications effort.
- Implement large and complex computer systems and programs while working across MSRS departments to assist management in designing and implementing custom applications to create efficiencies and automate MSRS products and services.
Two (2) years
* experience in java application development.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related substitutes for two (2) years of experience, OR related Associate’s substitutes for one (1) year.
Experience of candidates considered must include:
- Experience developing Java-based web applications.
- Experience writing and optimizing SQL queries.
- Experience using JavaScript frameworks for web applications (such as React, Angular, Vue, or similar).
- Experience developing or consuming RESTful web services.
- Experience using Spring framework
- Experience with java batch processing.
- Experience using JPA in enterprise-level applications.
- Experience working in an agile development environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
