Overview
I’m partnering with a midsize software company that’s an industry leader in their space and making a real push into Agentic AI. This is a high-visibility Staff level role where you’ll help design and build AI systems that can reason, plan, make decisions, and act while being embedded directly into a complex, enterprise-scale platform. This is not a data science or LLM training role.
It’s about shipping real systems in production and designing and implementing AI agents. If you’re a Lead / Staff / Principal level software engineer in Minnesota who wants to shape how agentic AI shows up in real products let’s talk.
