As a Salesforce Developer, you will build scalable, user-focused solutions that streamline business processes and empower teams to work more efficiently across the organization.

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components (LWC/Aura), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce implementations, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Assist in the integration of Salesforce with other platforms using tools like Mule Soft, REST/SOAP APIs, or middleware solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and release management processes.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce best practices, new features, and platform capabilities.
• Demonstrate initiative and a growth mindset with the potential to mentor junior developers in the future.

• 3–6 years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components)
• Experience with Salesforce configuration, automation tools (Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules), and custom objects
• Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git) and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Excellent communication skills and the desire to work collaboratively

• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Gearset or Copado
• Knowledge of integration platforms or experience working with external APIs
• Leadership qualities or prior experience mentoring others
• Service Max knowledge
