Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated No-Code Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with leading no-code and low-code platforms such as Softr.io
, Air Table
, Bubble.io
, Webflow
, Adalo
, Glide
, and others. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining web and mobile applications, internal tools, and client portals without traditional coding, enabling rapid deployment and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development:

  • Design and develop web applications, mobile apps, websites, client portals, and internal tools using no-code platforms.
  • Customize pre-built templates to meet specific business requirements.
  • Implement responsive design principles to ensure applications work seamlessly across all devices.

Platform Management:

  • Manage and maintain applications built on platforms such as Softr.io, Bubble.io, Webflow, Adalo, Glide, and others.
  • Optimize performance and scalability of no-code applications.

Integration and Automation:

  • Integrate applications with various data sources like Airtable, Zapier, APIs, and other third‑party services.
  • Automate workflows and processes to enhance efficiency using tools like Zapier or Integromat.

User Authentication and Security:

  • Implement user authentication features, ensuring secure access and data protection.
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls.

Collaboration and Support:

  • Work closely with cross‑functional teams including designers, marketers, and project managers to deliver high‑quality solutions.
  • Provide training and support to team members on using no‑code tools and applications.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in no-code/low-code development.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve existing applications and processes.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
  • Experience:
    • Proven experience as a No-Code Developer or similar role.
    • Hands‑on experience with multiple no-code platforms such as Softr.io, Bubble.io, Webflow, Adalo, Glide, etc.
    • Demonstrated ability to build and deploy functional applications without traditional coding.
  • Technical

    Skills:

    • Proficiency in using drag‑and‑drop builders and visual editors.
    • Strong understanding of database management and integration with tools like Airtable and Google Sheets.
    • Familiarity with API integrations and automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Integromat).
  • Design

    Skills:

    • Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
    • Ability to customize templates and design elements to align with brand guidelines.
  • Problem‑Solving:
    • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
    • Ability to think creatively to develop innovative solutions using no-code tools.
  • Communication:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Design, or a related field. (Or equivalent practical experience)
  • Certifications:
    • Certifications or training in specific no-code platforms are a plus (e.g., Bubble Certified Developer, Webflow Expert,, Air Table.
  • Additional

    Skills:

    • Basic understanding of traditional coding languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
    • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira).
