Site Presence: At least 50% of the time onsite at 520 Lafayette Road North
Responsibilities- Provide technical strategy, planning, and architecture for Angular applications.
- Lead development, implementation, diagnostics, and management of agency websites and web applications.
- Ensure a highly stable, quality environment for Angular applications.
- Apply best practices in SDLC, development standards, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver accessible, responsive user interfaces.
- Drive continuous improvement of processes and maintain high code quality.
- Minimum of five (5) years of IT related experience in development, implementation, operation, and maintenance of Angular applications/projects.
- Experience writing highly complex web applications in Angular.
- Experience working in highly complex systems of critical importance to the enterprise.
- Experience providing leadership to team members to support effective collaboration.
- Ability to deliver effective verbal or written messages that facilitate mutual understanding.
- Customer service skills including active listening, empathy, and problem‑solving.
- Master’s degree in Information Technology or related field substitutes for three (3) years of experience;
Bachelor’s degree substitutes for two (2) years;
Associate’s degree substitutes for one (1) year.
- Extensive experience with modern Angular development (Angular 16+), including Signals, stand‑alone components, and lazy loading strategies.
- Advanced proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; design and implement accessible, standards‑compliant, and responsive user interfaces.
- Demonstrated experience providing technical leadership, mentoring developers, code reviews, architectural decisions, and enforcing coding standards.
- Experience architecting complex enterprise Angular applications, ensuring solutions align with industry best practices and accessibility standards.
- Expertise using Git and Git Hub, including advanced branching, merge strategies, peer‑review workflows, and Git Hub Actions pipelines.
- Experience managing a portfolio of complex Angular applications, maintaining consistency across architectures and upgrades.
- Proficiency in modern testing practices, including unit tests, end‑to‑end tests, and integrating testing into development cycles.
- Pass all legally required checks (SEMA4 Records Check for current and past state employees, Criminal History Check, Reference Check, Social Security and Address Verification, Education Verification, and other legally required checks).
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application.
