Leads the adoption of AI-assisted software engineering across the organization. Defines AI engineering standards, evaluates AI development tools, establishes agentic engineering practices, improves developer productivity, and enables engineering teams to effectively leverage AI throughout the SDLC.
- 9+ years software engineering experience
- Strong software architecture and development experience
- Experience with agentic software engineering
- AI coding assistants and prompt engineering
- GCP and cloud-native development
- CI/CD and Dev Sec Ops knowledge
- Technical leadership and mentoring
- Define enterprise AI engineering standards and governance.
- Standardize AI-assisted SDLC practices across teams.
- Lead evaluation, adoption, and optimization of AI development tools.
- Coach engineering teams on AI-native software development practices.
- Experience with LLM platforms (Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
