Requirements
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Driving trucks to and from the dealership to their destination.
* Maintains truck log, according to state and federal regulations.
* Maintains telephone or radio contact with supervisor to receive delivery instruction.
* Drop off customers who have vehicles in for service.
* Inspects truck equipment and supplies such as tires, lights, brakes, gas, oil, and water.
* Additional duties as assigned.
WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL ABILITIES:
* Requires frequent sitting, standing, balancing, bending, or stooping for prolonged
* periods of time.
* Manual dexterity, fine manipulation, and the ability to reach with hands and arms and
* lift up to 75 lbs.
* The ability to frequently move 20+ pounds.
* Must be able to operate simple to complex and heavy-duty machinery.
* Normal range of hearing and vision.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE &
SKILLS:
* High School Diploma, equivalent or higher.
* Proven ability to work well on a team.
* Class A CDL
* Valid Driver's License and MVR in good standing.
* Ability to successfully complete a General Abilities Assessment and pass a post-offer
* background check, physical and drug screening.
