Overview
On Site Companies is a family and woman-owned company that has been in business for 35 years. We are growing every year and have internal growth opportunities for our team members. We are currently hiring for a Dispatcher to sit at our St. Paul location (Little Canada, MN).
Responsibilities- Assign loads to drivers based on designated routes and driver location.
- Prepare, update and dispense the daily route schedule.
- Gather and maintain route sheet documentation for pick-ups (scheduled, missed, extra pick ups), route completions and driver locations.
- Ensure route completion via the driver check-in process.
- Report driver performance issues or concerns to appropriate management for resolution.
- Continues organizational support by following policies and procedures.
- Completes administrative tasks correctly and on time; supports organizations goals and values
- Other duties assigned
- Map reading and routing
- Professional phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask (answering phones, entering data, reading data)
- Strong computer skills
- Stability as an essential business

- Pay range $19.00 - 22.00 per hour
- 9:00am start time
