OTR driver - Heavy Haul

About the Company

We are an OTR trucking company. We run all 48 states, primarily the Midwest. We are a flatbed operation; hauling mainly farm machinery for our dealers. We are family run, with flexible dispatch. We are family oriented, we try very hard to get the driver home on the weekends and home for special occasions be it the music concert, graduation, etc.

Looking for a motivated individual to join a small family run trucking company.
friendly, Flexible Dispatch
Flatbed and/or RGN experience preferred
Class A CDL required, minimum of 2 years driving experience.
Home weekends, leave Monday home Friday. or you can choose to stay out longer.
Monthly & annual incentive bonuses available
100 % Employee Health Insurance available after 60 days
Pay based on Driven miles NOT household mover miles.
No Slip Seating – trucks are assigned
Rider program available for family members

• Company Driver (W2, Solo)
• Double Drop, Removable Gooseneck, Power Only and Step Deck
• OTR
• $1,000 - $1,500 total weekly avg. pay
• $0.45 - $0.5 CPM
• 2,000 - 2,500 avg. miles per week
• LTL
• 5% Driver Load/Unload
• No tarping

• 5 - 14 expected days out
• You can stay out longer if you want to
• Get 2 days of home time for every 5 days worked
• Home at least 2 weekends per month

• Orientation is not paid for
• Accommodation is covered
• Drivers get their own room
• No meals are included
• Does not cover any travel expenses

• Class A license without any of the following restrictions: (E) No Manual, (L,Z) Air Brakes, (G) Night Driving, (O) No Semi Trailer or (K) Intrastate Only
• 2 years Tractor Trailer experience
• 18 months OTR experience
• 18 months Heavy Haul experience
