We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Bus Driver to join our elite team in Roseville, MN via Metro Mobility. As a key member, you will be entrusted with ensuring safe and comfortable transportation for our passengers, while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.

• Execute flawless operations by following designated routes and schedules, while adhering to stringent safety protocols and traffic regulations.
• Provide exceptional care and assistance to passengers, ensuring smooth boarding, comfortable rides, and timely disembarkation.
• Maintain vehicle safety through pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, promptly reporting maintenance issues, and keeping cleanliness and safety equipment ready.
• Uphold company policies and procedures, including seat belt enforcement, emergency response preparedness, and regulatory compliance.
• Perform other duties as required.

• 21 years or older.
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Availability to work day, evening, weekend shifts as assigned.
• Subject to DOT drug testing and physical if applicable.

• Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
• Employee will spend long periods sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
• Work environment will be a combination of indoors and outdoors.
