Monitor activities in the receiving area for all incoming/outgoing merchandise;
Ensure accuracy of item descriptions, counts, UPC numbers, and corresponding documentation;
Maintain and verify logs and records (Manifest/Bill of Lading, IBT Seal Log, Purchase Orders, Driver Logs);
Ensure HACCP guidelines are in place and adhered to;
Support safety policies and coordination with Logistics Department
