Customer Service Representative (Route Driver)

Closed Loop Recycling (CLR) is seeking a hard‑working, self‑motivated Lead Route Driver to join our production team in Houston, TX. CLR provides a full service to manufacturers by supplying reusable oil‑absorbent material that soaks up leaks and spills. The plant’s role involves extracting oily fluid from the material for reuse, laundering the material, cleaning out 55‑gallon collection drums for reuse, and repackaging cleaned material.

You’ll work with a small team but have room for advancement in your career here.

This position requires truck training to service clients and OTR travel every other week due to size & volume. CSRs remove 55‑gallon collection drums filled with saturated oil absorbent mats, PPE, and other items and replace them with new materials. This is a physical, fast‑paced, outdoor position that involves driving over the road, lifting, and moving heavy objects frequently, and communicating with our logistics department.

• Class B CDL or Chauffeur's License (preferred)
• DOT Medical Card
• Ability to travel Monday‑Thursday most weeks (over the road) (required)
• Experience leading a team (required)
• Ability to move heavy objects (200+ lbs with assistance of a dolly or pallet jack)
• Must have a clean driving/criminal record
• Must pass our pre‑employment physical strength test
• Must pass our pre‑employment drug and alcohol test

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to use a pallet jack
• Ability to lift heavy objects
• Plant/warehouse experience
