In this position you will assist across multiple areas of the ramp operation, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for passengers and their baggage.

• Use PC to sell, print, and reissue tickets.
• Handle ticketing and validation processes, ensuring passengers have proper travel documentation.
• Label baggage and perform lifting duties, moving items from scales to transport trucks and across a range of heights.
• Follow security‑compliant procedures throughout all operational cycles.
• Assist passengers with seating arrangements, board declarations, flight status, check‑in, and luggage handling.
• Coordinate boarding, opening, closing, and securing of aircraft doors.
• Operate ground equipment such as belt loaders, tow tractors, and forklift equipment to load, dump, and transport baggage, mail, and freight.
• Ensure timely arrivals and departures by directing arriving and departing aircraft at the correct doors.
• Protect baggage, mail, and freight from damage, loss, or weather exposure.
• Use scanners and PCs to track and direct items accurately to the correct destination.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols at every stage of operations.

• Commitment to health and safety for self and others.
• Ability to lift, carry, and shoulder sacks or items up to and including 80 pounds.
• Valid Canadian Driver’s Permit.
• Canadian residency or legal right to work in Canada.
• Basic PC proficiency.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work a fixed or variable schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
