Position: Warehouse & Manufacturing Associates - Relocation Program (Austin/Rochester/Mankato, MN)
Location: St. Paul

Job Overview

Warehouse and Manufacturing Associate, 1st and 2nd shift – Relocation Program located in Arcadia, WI. We assist 100% with housing and transportation during the first month of work.

Pay Structure
  • Warehouse: starting base pay $18.50, up to $24.25 with differentials.
  • Manufacturing: starting base pay $15.45 per hour plus incentive pay.
Shift Differentials
  • Warehouse: 2nd shift $0.75, weekend $1.50 (must work Saturday or Sunday).
  • Manufacturing: 2nd shift $1.00.

Distribution Responsibilities
  • Deliver comfort to homes across America by handling furniture with care and precision.
  • Master safe material handling, maneuvering designer sofas and organizing accessories.
  • Drive efficiency using powered industrial vehicles and cherry pickers.
  • Ensure product condition through careful handling and quality checks.
  • Contribute to fast‑paced environment by moving materials strategically.
Team Engagement Responsibilities
  • Grow with the team through training, meetings, and mentoring others.
  • Drive continuous improvement by sharing innovative ideas.
