Communicate the daily shift schedule to the warehouse/cooler team and delegate tasks to meet daily workload requirements;
Monitor KPI's and adjust operations to optimize labor utilization;
Verify incoming and outgoing orders against vendor documents and customer orders;
Assist in training and developing warehouse/cooler staff and certify equipment as needed;
Maintain organization and rotation of stock in warehouses and coolers while ensuring safety and sanitation standards
