Warehouse Specialist

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders, ensuring accurate items and quantities
• Assemble presentable packages, including stickers, and free gifts
• Work with the team to ship packages via the appropriate carrier with correct postage

• Receive and count incoming product inventory
• Update inventory records and complete necessary paperwork
• Restock low-quantity items in the warehouse as needed
• Participate in regular cycle counts to support inventory accuracy

• Report inventory discrepancies, errors, or issues to the appropriate team members
• Assist in keeping the warehouse clean, organized, safe, and efficient
• Participate in team-wide projects such as warehouse reorganization or expansion

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to communicate effectively to support team collaboration (80% verbal, 20% written)
• Ability to stand, walk, and move about for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift approximately 25 lbs

• Knowledge of small outdoor brands, ultralight gear, or the outdoor industry
• Personal experience with outdoor activities
• Experience using Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms
• Experience shipping with USPS, UPS, or Fed Ex

• $20.00/hour, paid electronically every other Friday
• Accrue paid time off at the rate of .075 hours per 1 hour worked
