Receiving Clerk

NCW is hiring a Receiving Clerk to support logistics operations for our professional and technical services clients. In this role, you will receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials; compare shipments with purchase orders and packing lists; accurately label, document, and enter data into inventory systems; and stage products for distribution. You'll collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams, help resolve shipment discrepancies, and maintain a clean, safe work area.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload incoming shipments and materials
• Inspect goods for damage, accuracy, and quality
• Verify shipments against purchase orders and packing slips
• Label, tag, and organize inventory in storage locations
• Enter receiving data into inventory or ERP systems
• Communicate shipment discrepancies and coordinate resolutions
• Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to stage orders
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized receiving areas
• Follow company policies, safety rules, and quality standards
• Assist with cycle counts and basic inventory control tasks
