As an Activities Attendant at The Don Ce Sar , you’ll help bring the resort experience to life. From poolside games and family activities to special events and beachside fun, you’ll spend your day interacting with guests, creating memorable experiences, and making sure there’s always something happening at The Pink Palace.
What You’ll Do- Bring the energy and encourage guests to join resort activities and games
- Lead poolside, beach and family-friendly activities
- Help coordinate crafts, contests, games, holiday programming and special events
- Create welcoming and memorable interactions with guests of all ages
- Set up and break down activities, equipment and event spaces
- Keep activity areas organized, clean and ready for fun
- Share information about resort activities, schedules and amenities
- Work alongside the Recreation team to keep daily programming running smoothly
- Help us create those little vacation moments guests remember long after they leave
You don't need to be a professional entertainer — but you do need personality.

- Friendly, upbeat and comfortable approaching new people
- Energetic and willing to be active throughout the day
- Dependable and ready to jump in wherever needed
- Comfortable speaking in front of groups
- Creative, enthusiastic and not afraid to be a little silly
- Able to work outdoors in a beach and pool environment
- A team player who understands that hospitality is all about the guest experience
- Available to work a flexible resort schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
Starting the morning getting activities ready, welcoming families to the pool, leading a game that gets way more competitive than expected, helping kids create something to take home, answering questions about what's happening around the resort, setting up the next activity and ending the day knowing you helped make someone's vacation a little more memorable.
