Didion Orf Recycling is seeking an experienced Accounting and Operations Assistant to support our operations. This role blends accounting, customer service, and operational tasks, requiring accuracy and strong communication with customers and coworkers.
The ideal candidate will handle payments, invoicing, special pricing coordination, and reporting using Quick Books Online and Excel, while providing coverage during peak times. Monday–Friday 7:00 am–3:30 pm with some Saturdays may be required.
