We are looking for a detail-oriented Tax Preparer to join our small firm.
Tax Preparer Duties and Responsibilities- Prepare documents for 1040 tax returns
- Check documents for errors
- Perform other clerical duties as necessary
- High school diploma or GED certificate; bachelor's degree in finance or accounting is preferred
- Enrolled Agent or CPA is preferred but not required
- Bookkeeping experience
- Familiarity with Quickbooks software is preferred but not required
