MUNICIPAL YOUTH ASSISTANT

Under immediate supervision, you'll perform routine office duties that require attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude.

Normal Shift: Monday through Friday Hours vary based on candidates' school and activity schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with basic clerical functions such as scanning documents, shredding, filing, data entry, copying, and posting mail
• Operate simple office equipment relevant to your assigned area
• Help maintain a clean and organized work environment, restocking supplies as needed
• Support additional office tasks as assigned
• Follow all established City safety policies and procedures

Minimum Requirements

• Must be a US citizen or lawfully authorized alien worker.
• Must be between the ages of 15 and 23.
