The EdNapleton Automotive Group is looking for our next Master Stellantis Technician
. This is an exciting opportunity in a growing, fast‑paced industry. Located at Napleton Mid Rivers Maserati in St. Peters, Missouri
, the Master Stellantis Technician will be responsible for vehicle repair and maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. This position will build customer loyalty by developing trust and ensuring confidence in Napleton through effectively diagnosing vehicles.

• Perform vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards to drive customer loyalty.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and customer communication.
• Diagnose the cause of any malfunction and perform repair.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non‑mechanical individuals, which may include employees and customers.
• Keep abreast of factory technical bulletins and participate in factory‑sponsored training classes as appropriate.
• Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
• Maintain an organized work area.

• Stellantis Technician experience required.
• Stellantis certifications required.
• Excellent customer service.
• Strong communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy.
