Welcome to the team rles Nissan! We are seeking a motivated Rental Agent / Assistant to join our dynamic team in St Peters, MO. If you have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have an interest in the automotive industry, this position is perfect for you.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with renting vehicles, providing information on available options and pricing.
• Process rental transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate vehicle pick-ups and returns.
• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
• Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus.

• Competitive salary range: $38,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year paid bi-weekly.
