Job Summary
Are you passionate about art and enjoy working with kids? We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Art Camp Counselors for the summer season! Counselors play a key role in providing a safe, engaging, and inclusive atmosphere for campers while leading daily activities, building connections, and serving as positive role models throughout the summer. Camp Dates: June 1st to July 31st Hiring Deadline: Must be hired by May 15 to attend required camp trainings
Key Responsibilities- Assist with planning and facilitating age-appropriate arts projects.
- Monitor and engage with campers to ensure their safety, participation, and enjoyment.
- Support and inspire campers in their artistic expression and projects.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment.
- Recognize and respond effectively in emergency situations, administering first aid if necessary.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Must be a US citizen or lawfully authorized alien worker.
- Must be able to workdays, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
- Prior childcare or camp experience preferred but not required.
- A background or strong interest in visual arts and creative projects.
- Strong communication skills, a team-centric mindset, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to adapt to various activities and the changing needs of the camp.
Inclusion Counselors support campers with special needs and receive a $1.50 per hour shift premium for hours worked in Inclusion Support.

Candidates must be hired by May 15 to attend required Camp Trainings scheduled for May 21-22 or May 26-30
. CPR training will take place on additional dates to be determined.
