We’re partnering with a well-established general contractor to hire a Project Manager who can take full ownership of large, complex construction projects valued at $100M+.
This opportunity is ideal for an experienced construction professional ready to take ownership of project execution - from preconstruction and procurement through closeout. You’ll manage project financials, coordinate with field teams and trade partners, maintain client relationships, and help deliver safe, high-quality projects on schedule and within budget.
What You’ll Own:- Manage projects from preconstruction and procurement through construction and closeout
- Maintain project budgets, forecasts, schedules, cost reports, and financial performance
- Support estimating, subcontractor bidding, contract negotiations, buyout, and change management
- Partner closely with Superintendents and field leadership to resolve challenges and maintain project schedules
- Manage owner billing, vendor invoices, RFIs, submittals, pay applications, and project documentation
- Lead OAC, subcontractor, and internal project meetings
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and trade partners
- Ensure work complies with safety standards, quality expectations, contract requirements, and applicable codes
- Support and mentor Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers
- Build strong client and subcontractor relationships that contribute to successful project delivery and future work
- 5–8+ years of progressive construction project management experience
- Experience supporting or managing large-scale commercial construction projects; $100M+ project experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to manage projects from preconstruction through completion
- Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, procurement, contracts, buyout, and change management
- Ability to collaborate effectively with field teams, clients, design partners, and subcontractors
- Strong communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
- Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Office, and related construction management platforms
