A leading national design-build general contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager for major industrial, advanced technology, manufacturing, mission-critical, and complex construction projects
.
The successful candidate will combine strong project controls with hands‑on construction knowledge and the ability to lead teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Lead project execution from planning through closeout
- Manage budget, forecasting, procurement, contracts, changes, RFIs, and submittals
- Coordinate project schedule and execution with field leadership
- Manage subcontractor relationships and performance
- Communicate with owners and design teams
- Mentor APMs and Project Engineers
- Project management experience with a GC or design-builder
- Ground-up industrial, manufacturing, commercial, mission-critical, or comparable project experience
- Strong understanding of construction financials and project controls
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Willingness to travel based on project needs
