We're seeking a high-energy, on-camera Tik Tok Content Creator & Live Commerce Associate to help grow our brands—primarily Tropi Clean—through daily short-form content and live selling experiences on Tik Tok.

This role is ideal for someone already building their own creator presence or who has supported brand content and wants to grow inside a fast‑paced, performance‑driven digital organization.

This role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, and content creation. You will be responsible for posting 1–6 Tik Tok videos per day, engaging directly with our community, and hosting or participating in Tik Tok LIVE selling sessions from our office within and possibly outside of office hours depending on the campaign goal. You must be comfortable on camera, confident speaking live, knowledgeable about social trends, our product line and comfortable working with dogs or cats occasionally on camera as part of our pet‑focused brands.

You will work closely with the Senior Social Media Specialist, Creative Digital Marketing Manager, VP of Brand and VP of Sales. This role will also be an active, collaborative member of the Digital Team and the Content & Engagement Marketing Team.

• Create, film, edit, and publish 1–6 Tik Tok videos per day focused on brand storytelling, education, entertainment, and product selling.
• Serve as an on‑camera brand representative—bringing humor, energy, authenticity, and confidence to every piece of content.
• Plan, host and participate in Tik Tok LIVE selling sessions, engaging audiences in real time and driving conversion, both during office hours and after office hours occasionally.
• Work comfortably and confidently with dogs on camera, including demonstrations and live interactions with pets and subject matter experts.
• Build and nurture a Tik Tok community by responding to comments, encouraging conversation, and engaging with followers.
• Stay ahead of Tik Tok trends, sounds, formats, and platform updates, applying them quickly and natively.
• Collaborate with the Senior Social Media Specialist and Creative Digital Marketing Manager on content planning, campaigns, testing, messaging and optimization.
• Support broader Digital Team initiatives including launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
• Track and understand basic performance metrics (views, engagement, follower growth, live performance) and apply learnings to improve results.
• Represent Cosmos brands professionally while maintaining an authentic, creator‑led voice.

A high school diploma or equivalent required. An Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, PR, Journalism, Multimedia Design, Creative Media or Digital Arts, or related field.

• Technical Software Proficiency for content creation:
  Cap Cut, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Canva, After Effects etc.
• Technical Software for Live streaming:
  Twitch, OBS, or Streamlabs experience preferred
• Active personal Tik Tok account or prior experience creating Tik Tok content for a brand (portfolio of work will be requested)
• Strong comfort level being on camera and speaking live to an audience
