Perform front desk duties including check-in/check-out, guest records, cash handling, and resolving guest issues.;
Promote company programs and monitor guest satisfaction.;
Assist with breakfast and Kickback service (5:30 p.m.), including food prep, setup, and cleanup.;
Maintain a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality to promote Drury culture.;
