Suntrup Auto is seeking an experienced GM service advisor to join our team in St. Peters, MO. This is a union position. This role is integral to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our service department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in GM vehicle service advising and a passion for automotive excellence. Pay is weekly salary plus commission.

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers bringing in their GM vehicles for service.
• Provide accurate diagnostics and service recommendations to customers.
• Schedule service appointments and manage workflow to optimize service department efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with technicians and customers to ensure quality and satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service transactions.
• Promote additional services, repairs, and maintenance to customers as needed.
• Increase labor gross and CSI.
• Maintain KPI standards.

• Experience with CDK and XTIME
• Proven experience as a service advisor in a GM dealership environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Knowledge of GM vehicles and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

• Competitive salary ranging from $90,000.00 to $ per year.
