Key Responsibilities
- Manage residential site development projects, including grading, drainage, and utility design in St. Peters, MO.
- Coordinate civil design schedules, deliverables, and technical resources across multiple projects.
- Review and oversee preparation of civil plans, reports, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with municipalities, regulatory agencies, and internal teams to obtain permits and approvals.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, consultants, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Identify and resolve design or permitting challenges to maintain project continuity.
- Proven experience in residential civil engineering or land development project management.
- Strong understanding of site design, utilities, grading, and drainage principles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional, client-focused demeanor with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with civil engineering software, design tools, and municipal permitting processes.
- Competitive salary: $95,000-$115,000 annually.
