Level 3 MBSE Systems Engineer

• Utilize a collaborative approach to plan, design, develop, and validate a balanced system of systems and solutions.
• Assess customer and operational needs to define and synchronize system performance requirements, integrating technical parameters and ensuring compatibility across physical, functional, and program interfaces.
• Conduct various analyses to optimize the overall system of systems and/or system architecture.
• Perform analyses concerning affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human systems integration, survivability, vulnerability, susceptibility, system security, regulatory compliance, certification, product assurance, and other quality factors to guarantee mission success.
• Lead the planning, organization, implementation, and monitoring of requirements management processes, tools, risks, issues, opportunity management, and technology readiness assessment processes. Resolve cross‑functional technical issues.

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Model‑Based System Engineer (MBSE).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in developing and deriving requirement specifications.
• Advanced technical education from an accredited course in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry (e.g., bachelor’s degree). Typically requires 5 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., Ph.D., master’s degree plus 3 years of related work experience).
