- Ability to influence machining processes, capital equipment decisions, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
- 7+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a precision machining environment.
- 3+ years of engineering leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of CNC machining, tooling, fixtures, GD&T, blueprint interpretation, and machining processes.
- Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proven success managing capital equipment projects.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in aerospace, defense, energy, medical device, or other high-precision manufacturing.
- Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing software.
- CAD/CAM experience (Mastercam, Esprit, NX CAM, GibbsCAM, Fusion 360, or similar).
- Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma certification.
- Familiarity with AS9100 and customer quality requirements.
