- Develop and modify 3D models, assemblies, and detailed drawings using CATIA V5/V6
. - Design components and systems for off-road vehicles, construction equipment, or heavy-duty applications
. - Perform concept development, packaging, GD&T, and design optimization.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and testing teams.
- Support prototype development, testing, validation, and design changes.
- Review designs for strength, durability, manufacturability, and cost
. - Create engineering documentation, BOMs, and design specifications.
- Strong experience with CATIA V5/V6
. - Experience in off-road / off-highway vehicle mechanical design
. - Knowledge of GD&T, DFM/DFA, tolerance stack-up, and engineering drawings
. - Experience with vehicle structures, chassis, suspension, brackets, enclosures, or related mechanical systems.
- Strong problem-solving and cross-functional communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
