Financial Systems Administrator I

• Assist in administering daily operations and maintenance processes for Blackline, Fintrac, Oracle Cloud EPM, and Prologue
• Oversee user management, security roles, and system monitoring
• Provide support to end users navigating and utilizing financial systems
• Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures
• Support daily reconciliation efforts and Blackline data needs
• Support monthly forecasting by loading and reconciling data, assisting end users, and maintaining planning forms and reporting templates
• Manage team documents and Smart View templates on SharePoint and shared drives
• Liaise between Finance and IT to support the Finance Reporting environment, including problem analysis and solution development
• Perform special projects and additional duties as required
• Complete required compliance training and maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations

• Undergraduate degree (4 years or equivalent) in Information Technology, MIS, Finance, or a related field
• 1+ years of financial management experience in accounting in corporate or public environments
• Strong accounting background with equivalent work experience in reconciliation area preferred
• Banking or financial services experience preferred
• Strong business systems and applications skills desired
• Understanding of Blackline, Oracle Databases, Oracle Cloud EPM, Prologue or Cloud GL ERP, and Alteryx
• Knowledge of general business theory and practices and basic accounting principles
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Smart View
• Experience with financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and related financial tools
• Ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships through clear communication and proactive collaboration
• Ability to identify needs and deliver tailored solutions to internal or external clients

Demonstrates expertise in financial management, including reconciliation, forecasting, and reporting, while effectively utilizing financial systems such as Blackline and Oracle Cloud EPM. Strong ability to communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions and maintain compliance with regulations.
