Health Care Family Credit Union is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Part-Time Teller to provide exceptional service to our members. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of the individuals and communities we serve.

• Provide account services including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and processing night/mail deposits
• Greet and assist members in person and by phone with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
• Refer members to additional products and services that align with their financial goals
• Balance the cash drawer and reconcile daily teller transactions
• Support general branch operations and perform other duties as assigned

This is a part-time position averaging 25-28 hours per week.

  Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM (sometime 12:40-5:40)
• Saturday Rotation:
  Required on occasion; 8:45 AM - 12:15 PM

• Previous customer service or cash-handling experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
