Part Time Teller - Cave Springs

Position Overview:

As a Teller, you will be the face of our Cave Spring branch, responsible for processing customer transactions and providing excellent service. You will play a key role in maintaining the trust and satisfaction of our customers while contributing to the overall success of our branch.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments.

Provide friendly and professional service to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Promote and cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs.

Maintain a balanced cash drawer and ensure compliance with all bank policies and procedures.

Identify and report any suspicious activity to ensure the safety and security of our customers and the bank.

May be cross-trained in new accounts.

Qualifications:

6 months previous customer service and cash handling strongly preferred. Previous banking experience a plus.

Strong numerical and cash handling skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Detailed-oriented and high degree of accuracy.

Ability to multi-task and work efficiently.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Outlook;
Jack Henry and XP Teller a plus.

Current driver's license and vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage.
