Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Supervisor: Clinical Director
OverviewThe Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for conducting comprehensive skills assessments and functional behavior assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and overseeing the implementation of these plans by Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs). This role involves providing direct and indirect supervision, conducting parent training, analyzing data, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based services to achieve meaningful and lasting positive outcomes for our clients and families.

Clinic - Schedule:
Monday through Friday (8:30-4:30)- The BCBA will be expected to be onsite during designated business hours and additional time as needed to ensure the business goals and objectives are being met.
- Compensation & Employment Structure:
- Salary-based position.
- BCBA staff are not required to use PTO for short-term absence during the workweek provided weekly billable hour requirements are met.
- Education Requirement:
Master’s Degree or higher - Certification Requirement:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing (required)
- For the safety of our clients and staff, staff members at the Latitude Therapy must be CPR (Adult, Child, and Infant) Certified. They must be First Aid Certified and must have FCSR background check clearance. Other trainings and certifications are required for BACB certified staff (e.g., 8-hour Supervisor Training for BCBAs and will be outlined in the employee handbook. The employee handbook supersedes this job description concerning trainings and necessary certifications.

Missouri Behavior Analyst License (required) - Experience:
- Must have experience in the field of behavior analysis
- Must have experience writing behavior analytic programs and analyzing and graphing data
- Must have experience supervising RBTs
- Must have experience in providing parent training
- Subsidized Continuing Education Units (CEUs).
- Monthly professional stipend of $100.

- Supervision:
- Oversee and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)/Behavior Technicians (BTs) on their caseload, providing guidance and clinical support as needed.
- Clinical Oversight:
- Provide clinical support and supervision to ensure the effective implementation of treatment plans, conducting fidelity checks on treatment plan writing and session execution.
- Review and ensure the accurate and timely documentation of client progress, including assistance with data collection and outcome measurement.
- Conduct regular meetings with RBTs to review cases, ensure supervision documentation, monitor clinical progress, and ensure the quality and consistency of service delivery.
- Ensure the team is consistently meeting productivity standards, including the completion of daily sessions and other required activities
- Client Caseload:
- Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 28 billable hours per week (about 112 billable hours per month).
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments (i.e., skills assessments and functional behavior assessments).
- Develop treatment plans.
- Provide direct care to individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (if needed)
- Complete all session documentation and billing within 24 hours of service delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Provide comprehensive training to caregivers, equipping them with the necessary skills and strategies to support the implementation of behavior plans and promote progress.
- Maintain communication with staff and clients via consistent responding to emails and phone, when available.
